Recently my boyfriend & I went to Cedar Point for the weekend. Even with fast passes, the rides take so much energy out of you that we only rode 10. But let me tell you, the rides were worth each and every head rush that I had. Obviously each person will have their own perspective of each ride because people experience them differently. Here are my ranking preferences:
1. Millennium Force. As one of the world's best steel roller coasters with a drop of 310 feet and riding at 93 mph, this was one of the smoothest roller coasters I have ever been on. I easily could have kept riding if they hadn't asked me to get off. Full of thrill, excitement, and fear, this was hands down best roller coaster I have ever ridden!

2. Gatekeeper. This roller coaster broke seven world records and its not a surprise that Cedar Point places this wild ride in the front of their park. This coaster allows riders to hang off the tracks while twisting, turning, and flying down the massive drops. Definitely another smooth coaster and one to ride again.
3. Top Thrill Dragster. The launch from this ride alone left me feeling 'in shock'. It is amazing how a roller coaster can make you go from 0mph to 120mph in 4 seconds and then climb 420 feet in the air. The reason I did not rank this ride first is because the coaster only lasted 17 seconds and once the rush was over, you had to wait another hour in line just to feel it all over again. What a 'thrill' though!

4. Val Ravn. From dangling on the edge and dropping at a 90 degree angle to twisting 270 degrees after yet another insane drop, I was left with one of the biggest head rushes I have ever had. This is one of the park's newest rides and you can tell with the amazing engineering. If you're looking for a ride with insane airtime, don't forget this one.
5. Rougarou. I really enjoyed this ride because it was smooth and full of unexpected turns and drops. It was not as fast or steep as some of the other coasters but it was a great, long ride that kept you on your toes!

6. Raptor. It was a thrilling ride and I thought the colors blended well, but honestly it was rough for me. Between all the sharp turns and jerking, it was a bit much, but a great ride.
7. Woodstock Express. This coaster was surprisingly really fun and smooth! Yes, this was technically a ride for kids, but it was a relaxing and fun experience. My boyfriend and I should have really switched sides because he was crushing me the entire time, but I really enjoyed all the twists and turns. What a great smaller coaster!
8. Blue Streak. This was not one of my favorites. I understand it was a wooden coaster so it will not be as smooth as the steel ones. However, it was too rocky and I was airborne a little more than I would like to be on a coaster that does not have huge drops or goes upside down.
9. Maverick. This is probably a surprise to most and maybe I just need to ride it again, but this was not a great roller coaster for me. I came off the ride with tears down my face and a massive headache from the 95 degree drop and jerking around. Not a ride for me.

10. Magnum. This ride was definitely too rough for me. I'm not sure if it was that I was airborne for half the ride or in shock from the craziness. I was not a fan of this coaster. I am sure that some people probably love it and could handle a rougher ride, but I prefer to ride the coasters on the smoother side.
All in all, it was a great experience at Cedar Point! I had a ton of fun and even though some rides I definitely favored over others, I'd say buying a fast pass is definitely worth it. Cedar point is one more thing checked off my bucket list, what's next?
